Mouse Cookie Valentine Card

Hello everybody!
I hope that you are all enjoying a
pleasant Tuesday!
Today I want to share this adorable
little card that I made using
If you give a mouse a cookie,
he will melt your heart!
I adore mouse images!
I think I mentioned before that I'm not a huge
fan of the real mice though!
I'm petrified that one will crawl up my leg!  EEEEK!

I colored in this adorable mouse with my copic markers
The cardstock is Stampin Up
Did you notice that I didn't use any design paper?
Yay Me!  Hee Hee!
The sentiment stamps are from Whimsy Stamps
The die cut doily and heart are from Cheery Lynn
The small heart embossing is done with the
 Stampin Up embossing folder
The large glitter heart and small glitter hearts are
punched out with my Stampin Up heart punches.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges

Lets make a Cutie Pie Box or Purse!

Hello, my lovely and crafty friends!
I made a really cute little box
that I want to share with all of you!
Or if you like, it can be a purse!
It's really roomy inside!
It measures 4 1/2" x 4" and it's 3/4" wide
Here is a picture showing it holding
six lip balms!

To make the box I started with a piece of
pink cardstock  that measures
6" x 10 3/4"
I scored it at
1 1/4" - 2" - 6" - 6 3/4"
from the top to the bottom
Then I turned it
and scored it at
3/4" - 5 1/4"
from the top to the bottom
Then I cut out the first two squares
on both the left and the right side.
I cut slits up the sides of both middle squares
as you can see in the picture above.
Fold on all of the creases and use sticky tape to
make your box.
Then the fun part is decorating it!
I used
Cutie Pie in Clouds rubber stamp!
She is going to be on sale for a
steal of a price
as Fresh Brewed Designs
Brew of the month
February 6th!
She will only be on sale at this very low
price for the one day on
February 6th,
so mark your calendars!
Isn't she adorable?
I know so many little girls
who would love this little
purse that I made with
Cutie Pie in clouds!
You can add a pocket on the back for a
gift card or sentiment tag too!

If my cards or projects inspire you to place a Fresh Brewed Designs order
I would really appreciate you using
my code Sfbd3 in the comment section
along with my name, Sheryl,  when placing your order

Hot Chocolate Holder pocket Card

Hello, my lovely and talented friends!
I made a cute
Hot Chocolate holder Pocket Card
that I would like to share with you today!
I used
I colored little Angel cake with my copic markers
and paper pieced her little outfit.
I started with a piece of 11"x 6 1/2" card stock
Then I scored it at
4", 4 1/2" and 8 1/2"
You will need 2
3 3/4" x 6 1/4" card stock
topped with
3 1/2" x 6" designer paper
You will need 2
2 1/4" x 6 1/4" card stock
topped with
2" x 6" designer paper

you will need a 3 3/4" x 4"
card stock for the inside pocket
You will need a 3 3/4" x 3" piece of
designer paper for the top of the pocket.
I used my Martha Stewart snowflake punch along the edge.
Then I punched a separate piece of pink card stock to adhere
along the bottom after I sewed the pocket on.
This is what the back looks like.
As you can see, I tucked the ribbon
underneath the panels before adhering them on.
I added a 6 1/2" x 4" panel of blue card stock to the back.
This is what the inside looks like with the
hot chocolate packet in the pocket.
And the front after it is decorated with
my pretty
digi stamp
MFT die-namics snowflakes
along with some pink bling!
The corner embellishment and rose are
from Wild Orchid Crafts.

Sweet Valentine Treat!

I am still having fun making
Valentine treats for children!
Here is an adorable treat that will
hold a mini bag of M&M's
or two mini chocolate bars.
This adorable digi is
This is such a sweet image for both girls and boys.
Start with a piece of card stock that measures
10 1/4" x 4 1/4"
Score at
4 1/4" - 5 " - 9 1/4"
I used my Stampin Up pinking heart border punch for the white paper
used along the top flap.
1 1/2" circle punch to punch out the sentiment
1 3/4" scallop punch with red glitter paper for under circle sentiment
I used Stampin Up small heart punch with red glitter paper

I punched a 1" x 4 1/4" strip for the top flap
with my Stampin Up pinking heart border punch.
4" x 4" square of white paper for base of front panel.
I colored the adorable Turtle with my copic markers.
Then I cut it out to measure
2 1/2" x 2 1/4"
I cut a
2 3/4" x 2 1/2" piece of red cardstock to frame it on.
I punched out my sentiment with my
1 1/2" circle punch
Then I adhered it to the 1 3/4" red glitter scallop punch.
I also added a couple of red glitter small hearts

I used dimensionals to adhere two chocolate candy bars inside.
Then I used another dimension inside the top flap to seal it up.

I cut a 3" x 3" square of white card stock for the back
I added some more red glitter hearts.
However, if you are making these
Valentine Treats with your child,
they can add Valentine Stickers
and write their friends names on the back
A red satin bow makes the perfect finishing touch!

Hello, to all of my talented and lovely blogger friends!
Today is Wednesday!
Time for a brand new challenge at
Our theme this week is
Buttons and Bows!
I'm very excited about sharing my card with you
because it's the very first card that I have sewn with my
sewing machine!
I made it a while ago for this particular challenge
and I have actually
posted some new stitched cards since I made this one.
However, this is my first sewn card.
This card is similar to a JOY FOLD
I used my fabulous
She is colored with copic markers and paper pieced.
This is a picture of the inside of the first flap.
This is the inside of the card when it is completely open.
In my mind when I was making it,
 (A long while ago)
I was thinking that you could
 add pictures
to the inside of both sides for a nice keepsake.
Now when I look at it,
I'm thinking it would have been
nice if I added some pockets for gift cards,
tags or pictures.
Fresh Brewed Designs, Coffee Take Me Away, rubber stamp
Stampin Up cardstock
The really gorgeous and yummy paper is
DCWV French Country Stack
The pretty Die Cut is
Marianne Design Creatables Broderie Anglais Border
The leaves for my flowers were made with my
Cheery Lynn Designs Flourish
The buttons, twine and ribbon are all Stampin Up
The flowers are Wild Orchid Crafts

Valentine Lolly Pop Treat!

I have another fun and very simple
Valentine Treat
to show you!
I love to make these adorable
Lolly Pop Treats
for the children in
my preschool.
I used
I colored her with my copic markers.
Then I punched her out with my Stampin Up
2 3/8" scallop punch.
Start with a piece of 3" X  6 1/2" card stock
Score it at 3" and at 3 1/2"
Then fold it on the score lines and use a hole punch in
the center.  My hole punch isn't "long" enough to reach
the center of the card, so I have to fold one of the score lines
and use my punch that way.  I will cover the second hole with
my back piece.

Here is a picture of the supplies that I used.
I used Stampin Up Pinking Hearts border punch
and their small heart punch
This shows the front of my Lolly Pop treat!
As you can see, I still need to cover the punched hole in the back.
This is what my finished "back" looks like.
I like to have a nice space to write the child's name.
Pop your Lolly Pop inside the hole and add
a dimensional to keep it closed.
The finished front with a little bling added!
And one more look at the back!
I hope that these pictures were easy to
Heather has so many adorable Valentine images at
that are so sweet and very easy to color, up quickly,
for these adorable little Lolly Pop treats!

have any questions!
