On a personal note, I'm really sad because
my Big Shot Broke!
Can you believe it?
Jammed, Bent, Broken......
It's not working anymore!
I don't think I appreciated it enough and 
now I realize that I actually used it on 
every card that I made!
I love my dies and embossing folders.
Well, I'm hoping that my dear husband
can perform a miracle and fix it!

Take time to enjoy the simple things in life

Hello to all of my talented and crafty friends!
Happy Friday!
I need to make this post quick because 
I'm so far behind this morning!

Sealed with a kiss! Twice!

Hello everybody!
I hope that all of you are well.  
I spent my long President's Day weekend with 
the stomach bug!  Not fun!
I am so very happy to be feeling better!
It's time for another challenge over at
Our challenge this week is
Double It - Use two of something
Here is my Design Team card
using 

I had a lot of fun creating this card!
As you can see, I used two, "Sealed with a kiss" images
The fun rings and circles were made with my circle punches
The sentiment and banner piece along with the number two were all 
done with Stamp in Up punches and die cuts.
The ribbon and card stock are Stamp in Up also.
The scallop die cut is done with MFT medium scallop die namic
I colored the seals with my copic markers and used 
crystal effects on them
The two circus tickets are computer generated
What a super fun challenge to enter!

Tried Gauze today! Not sure what I think.........

Hello to all of my crafty and talented friends!
Things have been really crazy around my house,
so it was so good to shut myself in my craft room 
and play this morning!
I decided that today I would try to use some gauze.
I have no idea who the first person was 
who decided to craft with gauze,
but I've seen some really lovely cards with gauze on them.
So.........Here is my first effort.
LOL!  And just maybe my last!

I decided to make a birthday card, because
we can never have enough of those!

Here are a couple of different shots.

I guess that maybe the guaze does give a nice soft look to the overall card.

colored with copics and paper pieced with SU dp.
The cardstock is Stampin Up
The background design paper is DCWV Glitter Mat Stack
The heart die is Cheery Lynn
The scallop die is MFT
The corner embellishement and flowers are Wild Orchid Crafts
The  lace, cupcake and pearls are all from my stash
the pretty ruffled ribbon is SU

Fussy and Fancy , "With All My Heart" challenge

Hello!
Fussy and Fancy
has a brand new challenge!
The challenge is 
With All My Heart
For this challenge, I decided to
make a special 
Valentine card 
for my little grandson!
He LOVES trains, so I know
that he will like this card!
Colored in with my copic markers
I made this whole card with scraps and stash.
I used MFT die-namics for the grass and medium scallop

Gift Box/Tea Bag Holder Video Tutorial

Hello, my crafty and creative friends!
I made this adorable little
gift box/ Tea bag holder
along with my very first
video tutorial!
This adorable little tea pot digi 
on the front of my card is
Fresh Brewed Designs
Lady Bug Teapot

I used
Fresh Brewed Designs
Tea Time Tea Cup (no saucer)
on the inside of my little card.


Take a peek inside!
This box will hold 8 tea bags!

I added a pocket on the back to hold a 
Gift Card
or a tag!

Now this is my first video tutorial, 
so please be kind!
My daughter told me that I should do
it over because I had too much 
nervous chatter!
Then my camera slipped at one point!
Ugh!
Well, I decided to keep it real!
Here is my tutorial!
