"Tommy Fishing" Fathers Day Card

Hello!
I just got this adorable digi stamp from Fresh Brewed Shop Designs called, "Tommy Fishing" and I could hardly wait to color him up and make a card. This card is going to be for my husband for Father's Day! Shhh!
He is very supportive of my card making hobby and admires all of my cards, however, he doesn't read my blog! I colored "Tommy" to look like my husband when he was a young boy. His favorite childhood memories are of all the summers that he spent fishing! This wonderful stamp even looks like my husband did when he was young!
I used SU Garden Green cardstock. The dotted paper is also SU.
Then I paper pieced little Tommy's shirt with a fun orange K&Company paper and used it for a bright background paper.
The ribbon, buttons and bling are all from my stash of treasures!

"Lilly Playing" Birthday card!

Hello!
Today I made a sweet little birthday card using a Stampfairy digi stamp called, "Lilly Playing" I paper pieced her little dress with pink polka dots and colored her in with copics. The designer paper is from a "COLORBOK
Pattern Pack" that I bought for $5.00! It has some bright cheerful patterns in it. I cut the flowers out of one of the papers and added a pink bow and lots of bling. All little girls love Bling!

"Soaring Eagle" Red, White and Blue Card

Well, I'm still up and I made another card! I love eagles, so I was very excited when I found this image from Sweet'N Sassy.
I used all SU scrap cardstock!
I cut and added the red stripes to a square of white cardstock.
I embossed the blue with a perfect polka dots folder from SU.
The letters were made with my "Timeless Type Junior alphabet set from SU
The ribbon and the bling is from my stash of treasures.

"Molly's Flower" Memorial Day Card

Hello! I hope that everybody is enjoying their weekend so far! I had lots of fun coloring and paper piecing this darling Digi Image from Sweet'N Sassy.
She is called, "Molly's Flower" and I gave her a red and white gingham dress with blue trim. The cardstock is all SU.
I used my "MFT" medium scallop dienamic. Then the red and white designer paper, ribbon, red star button and bling are all from my stash of treasures.

"Grace Fireworks" Card

Hello! I colored this adorable stamp, by Freshly Brewed Shop Designs, this afternoon. Then I paper pieced the American Flag with Red, White And Blue cardstock. I embossed the blue cardstock with my Stampin Up polka dot folder. I added some patriotic ribbon and lots of fireworks, Bling and embellishments! The stamped image is "Grace Fireworks" and I think that she is absolutely adorable, holding her teddy bear while she salutes at the fireworks.

Patsy Beach Time is Sending Sunshine!

Hello!
I hope that everybody enjoyed their weekend! I was good and did some laundry and housecleaning. Then I had lot's of fun this afternoon making this card! The adorable little image is a digi from StampFairy.com "Patsy Beach Time".
I paper cut her little bathing suit and used crystal effects on her little pail and shovel. I also used crystal effects on the sand and added some sparkle!

Recipe

"Sugar" Birthday card!

I made this adorable sugar fairy birthday card for a little girl who comes to my daycare. She loves cupcakes! She even dressed up as a cupcake on Halloween! Her favorite colors are purple and pink!

"Big Sister" card

Hello!
I needed to make a special "Big Sister" card for one of the little girls in my daycare. She has a new baby brother at home!
When I saw the Stamptacular Sunday, "Pink-A-Licious" challenge, I thought it would work for this card. I struggled a little bit with "not making the carriage blue"! I decided to go with white and I think it works.

Recipe:
The sweet little girl image is from the Paper Doll Design Shop
I used Pretty In Pink and Rose Red cardstock from SU.
I paper pieced the little girls dress, socks and headband with Stampin Up designer paper.
I used my new "MFT" Perfect Petal Trio die cut with the same SU paper and Rose Red to make the flower. The center of the flower is SU.
The background designer paper is K&Company. I love their paper!
I made the butterflies with my Beautiful Wings embosslits Die.
The scalloped circles are Nestabilities.
The Big Sister Tag is stamped out with my SU tag punch and decorated with BLING! I used white lace scraps for the carriage.

"Shining Light" Father's Day Card

This Sweet'N Sassy "Shining Light" digital Stamp was really fun to color with my Copic Markers. I am not an artist, so I had to play a lot with shading. I added grass, the ocean and a beautiful sunset sky for a back drop. I made this card for my father, who loves the ocean.
Recipe
SU Peach Parfait cardstock, green stitched ribbon and Hemp Twine.
The sentiment is from Sweet'N Sassy and I used my SU Designer Label punches.
I used my new MFT medium scallop die with SU Decorative paper.
I also used K&Company decorative paper. With the sword fish peeking out from behind the light house. The blue bling square stones are Basic Grey.

"Mother's Day Card" for my Mother

I haven't told my mother about my blog yet, so it should be perfectly safe to post this.
My mother loves birds.  She especially likes Blue Birds.  So, when I found this pretty digital stamp with Sweet' N Sassy Stamps, called, "Birds & Roses", I was very excited. 
I pulled up pictures of Blue Birds in my computer gallery to look at while I colored in the birds with my copic markers.
The sentiment is Stampin Up, "Blessed Mother".  The card stock and decorative paper is also from Stampin Up.
The butterflies are made with Stampin Up, "Embosslits Beautiful Wings" and decorated with gem stones.
I cut my colored image out and adhered it to the pink die cut from my large scalloped Nestabilities.
The pink lace, white lace, heart charm, gem stones and ribbon is from my stash of treasures.
I am hoping to enter this card in a few Challenges.  This is totally new territory for me and I'm really excited!

Sweet & Sassy Stamps is having their very first challenge!  This is perfect for me, since this is my very first real challenge as well!

Mother's Day card with Butterflies

Mother's Day is just a week away! 
I made this card using Stampin Up Natural Ivory, Concord Crush and Lovely Lilac.
The main card is Natural Ivory cardstock.
I used my SU Perfect Polka Dot embossing folder with Concord Crush for the second layer.
I added som violet ribbon before glueing this piece down.
Then I stamped the SU Bliss scroll onto some Natural Ivory cs with Lovely Lilac, cut it and rounded the two top corners.
I added a strip of SU purple decorative striped paper to the bottom front.
Then I used my SU scallop edge border on a scrap of violet cardstock.  I added this piece along the
bottom back of my stamped piece.
I added SU Victoria Lace around my stamped image piece starting at the top of the decorative paper.
After I attached this piece with dimentionals, I had lots of fun decorating.
I used my SU Beautiful Wings Embosslit Die for one of  the butterflies.  Then I stamped the pretty butterfly from the Bliss set using the Lovely Lilac and cut it out.  I used the new SU large decorative label punch
to punch out my "Typed and copied sentiment".  (I didn't have a stamp to use for my sentiment.)
Ribbon, flowers, pearls and stones were added to complete my card from my stash of treasures!
This is how it turned out!
