Blossoms and Butterflies!

Hello!
Can you believe it's Wednesday?
Is it just me, or is anyone else
worried about how quickly the week is
going by?
I have way too much to get done this
week and
I NEED MORE TIME!!
Mother's Day is this weekend
and I have been super busy with
the children here as we work on
their mother's day gifts.
I still need to figure out what I'm
getting for my dear mother!
Have I mentioned that I need more time?

I certainly can't complain about the weather!
It's been GORGEOUS!
What's that I hear?  THUNDER!
Oh No! They are predicting yucky
weather with rain and thunder
until after Mother's Day!
That means No
Mother's Day Barbeques
this weekend!

However, I will have more pressing
problems with all of the thunder!
The little children who come here
to my preschool are afraid of thunder!
The rest of this week will be difficult
as I try to entertaine and distract the children
from the loud booms!

Well, I will just have to make the best of it!
Everything will work out!

I had fun coloring last night and
I have a card to share with you!
I used
Fresh Brewed Designs

I'm very sorry for the poor quality picture.
Once again, I am behind  and I took this picture
late last night.

Recipe

I tore the image out and inked the edges with

eksuccess pearls  (I love the yummy mint green color)
Wild Orchid crafts corner embellishment
I'm sorry that I don't know what the pretty  DP is.
I actually got it on E-Bay and they were all single sheets.
The stick pin is made with my stash of beads.

You will want to stop over at
to see what some of my

  1. We are supposed to have bad weather over the weekend as well. Hannah has her last dance competition this weekend (Saturday at 9 PM)so we will all be tired come Sunday morning... :)
I hope your little ones are making it through the week. Mine were scared for the longest time, but they knew that they were ok since I was close. At least they have you!

Your card is beautiful! I love the soft pinks and the torn edges. The sweet little buttons and scattered embellies blend into the card so beautifully. Wonderful card.

Have a very blessed and happy Mother's Day

  3. I certainly can agree with the needing more time aspect. Right now I need about four more of me just to stay on top of everything!

I love what you did with Heather's beautiful new Blossoms and Butterflies image. Such a pretty card and the pic isn't bad at all. You'd never know it wasn't shot in the daytime. You must have good external lighting.
