Hello!
I made this card for fun with some
colored pencil wood shavings that I had.
I thought it made some pretty Fall trees.
I wanted to make a more masculine birthday card.
I used yellow flower soft on one of the trees to draw the eye and give the card some additional character.
I used an old "Winter Woods" rubber stamp that I have had for along time.
I sponged the sky and used my copic markers.
Then I simply added craft glue and sprinkled my wooden pencil shavings
onto the trees to fill in the empty branches.
I used yellow flower soft on one of the trees.
I used an old Hero Arts "small liquid amber" Leaf, stamp to stamp the green background cardstock.
The Card stock is SU
The die cuts are nestabilities
The tag was stamped and punched out with SU
The pretty polka dotted ribbon is from my mother. Thank you, Mom!
The button is from SU
I would like to thank the following challenges for inspiring me to make this card:
