Fussy and Fancy Feeling Blue Challenge!

Hello and Happy Friday!
We have a brand new challenge this fortnight at

Feeling Blue

I chose to make a Christmas card. 
I had lots of fun making this sparkly 
blue creation using

Blue is such a pretty Winter/Snowy color!

    Oh Sheryl! This is GORGEOUS!!! I LOVE all of those beautiful wintery blues and the sparkle. Beautifully placed snowflakes and a perfectly colored Cutie Pie!!!
